I am a seasoned Technology Executive with 15 years of experience bridging the gap between complex technical execution and high-level business strategy. My expertise spans Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and designing resilient, global-scale platforms, demonstrated in high-growth FinTech environments at PayJoy, Nubank, and Banco de Bogotá.

As Head of Digital Development at Banco de Bogotá, I led a development organization of over 130 people and drove the enterprise agile transformation, improving the Developer Experience NPS from 49 to 86.

At Nubank and in my Staff Engineering roles, I architect mission-critical platforms (from core banking integrations to global identity systems) using distributed microservices, Kafka, and resilient design patterns to ensure maximum stability and zero-outage deployments.
